1. Provider & Compliance

2. Booking, Inspection & Buying Service
Booking requests are confirmed by email. Inspection scope is defined in the service description. We act as a buying-service provider. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
3. Payment, Fees, Cancellation & Refunds
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due before service. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Cancel at least 24 hours before service for a full refund; later cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
4. Liability Limits
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'.
5. Dispute Resolution
Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or to a court, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'.
6. Personal Data & Cookies
We process personal data only with your consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 'On Electronic Communications'. Cookies require consent.
7. Advertising & Changes
Advertising is accurate and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'. No unsubstantiated superlatives or guarantees. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law: Ukraine.
