The full 120-checkpoint inspection list, published before you book

Nothing is improvised on site. Every visit walks the same five systems in the same order, and each checkpoint returns one of three states: pass, watch or fail. Photographs and measurements are attached to the checkpoint they belong to.

Body and paint

28
  • 01-08Panel gaps and alignment, panel replacement traces, paint thickness at fourteen points, blend marks, overspray on trim and seals
  • 09-18Sill and jack point integrity, wheel arch corrosion, underbody sealing, boot floor, spare wheel well, boot lid fit
  • 19-28Glass and windscreen damage, lamp housings, bumper mounts, towbar plate, door seals, mirror housings, tailgate struts

Engine and drivetrain

26
  • 01-09Cold start behaviour, idle stability, oil condition and level, coolant colour, leaks at sump and rocker cover, belt and pulley condition
  • 10-18Fault code readout across all modules, live fuel trim data, turbo shaft play, injector values, EGR and DPF history, timing chain rattle
  • 19-26Gearbox shift quality cold and warm, clutch bite point, differential noise, CV boots and propshaft, mount condition, ECU software version

Suspension, steering and brakes

22
  • 01-08Shock absorber leaks, spring condition, control arm bushes, ball joint play, wheel bearing noise, subframe corrosion
  • 09-15Steering rack leaks, tie rod ends, column play, fluid condition, alignment readout, tread depth at three points per tyre
  • 16-22Pad and disc thickness, disc lip and scoring, brake line corrosion, caliper operation, handbrake travel, ABS sensor readings

Interior and electrical

24
  • 01-09Seat frame and upholstery wear, odometer plausibility, pedal wear, airbag warning status, seatbelt pretensioners, headliner
  • 10-17Climate control output temperatures, heater matrix leaks, window and mirror motors, central locking, key count and immobiliser
  • 18-24Battery test under load, alternator output, module fault memory, infotainment and camera function, wiring under carpets

Documentation and history

20
  • 01-07VIN plate against stamped VIN, registration document match, technical passport, mileage history from service records
  • 08-14Service book entries and stamps, repair invoices, insurance claim history, customs clearance, import documentation
  • 15-20Outstanding liens and fines, accident register check, odometer database check, seller identity, transfer readiness

Three severity levels, five systems, one written verdict

Findings from the 120-checkpoint inspection are graded on one fixed scale, so a scuffed bumper and a leaking shock absorber never carry the same weight on paper.

Grades describe the vehicle's condition on the day of the visit. They are a severity rating, not a repair estimate and not a warranty.

Severity scale

  • Green Serviceable. Wear sits inside the expected range for the stated mileage. No action required before purchase.
  • Amber Monitor. Works today but is nearing its service interval or shows early deterioration. Used as a negotiation item.
  • Red Repair or reject. A fault that affects safety, legality or running cost, confirmed during the physical inspection.

Five-system condition meter

Each system is graded separately, then weighted into one overall score. The bars show a specimen report from a 2016 diesel estate at 184,000 km.

  • Body and paint 28 checks
  • Engine and drivetrain 26 checks
  • Suspension, steering and brakes 22 checks
  • Interior and electrical 24 checks
  • Documents and history 20 checks

Section 04 — Tier comparison

Three inspection tiers, one fixed checkpoint list

Every tier works from the same published 120-checkpoint list. What changes is how deep we can go on the vehicle and how long the inspection takes, not the format of the report you receive.

Scope Basic₴1,200 Standard₴2,400 Full₴3,900
Body and paint28 checkpoints Visual scan of panels Panel by panel with coating thickness readings Panel by panel, plus underbody on a lift

Prices are published, not quoted privately. The buying service starts from ₴6,500 as a fixed fee agreed in writing before work starts. All tiers share the same limits: a single point in time, non-invasive visual and functional assessment, and no access inside closed assemblies. Read the 120-checkpoint list.
