We collect your name, email, phone number, vehicle details and the content of your message in order to confirm and perform vehicle inspections and to answer enquiries. Processing is based on your prior consent, as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'.

We store or access information on your device only after you consent, in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection' and the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 'On Electronic Communications'. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. We store or access information on your device only after you consent.

4. Storage, retention and security

Data is held on access-restricted servers and kept only as long as needed for the booked inspection, statutory record-keeping or dispute resolution.

5. Your rights and dispute resolution

Write to contact@brightfoxdaigital.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. Under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection' we provide pre-contract information on our identity, the characteristics of the service, the price and your dispute-resolution rights. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or to a court.

6. Advertising

We send marketing messages only with your consent and keep advertising accurate, without unsubstantiated superlatives or guarantees, per the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
